Emma Bishop

Emma has been a Strategic and Operational Senior Manager and Leader in both the Public and Private Sector for over 10 years.

Qualified in HR, Health and Safety and a level 7 Executive Coach, Emma has successfully delivered multi-million operations, projects and services across the oil, gas and renewables industries in both the UK and Germany. She brings a commercially-focused and target-driven approach to delivery, ensuring that stakeholder needs are balanced with the associated risks and costs. She has led cultural changes, transitions, tenders, client integrations and organisational restructures for a range of international organisations, which have generated substantial commercial savings.

As Director of Optem and Founder and Chair of the Women’s Energy Network group, Emma has supported business growth through HR Strategy, Risk and Compliance reviews and Change Management initiatives in the Energy, Finance, Online Marketing and Not-for-Profit industries.

Emma partners with Starboard bringing extensive experience of the energy sector in particular and of broad cultural and organisational change and transformation.
