Lara Jubb

Lara has had a broad and varied career in operational management, sales, customer service, supplier development, HR, training and on major change programmes. She has developed her expertise in Leadership and Management Development; Team Development; and Career, Talent and Performance Management. Lara’s strategic thinking, combined with a pragmatic attitude, has enabled her to be a credible and valued influencer to many Senior Leadership teams. She is known for her ability to coach, lead and facilitate teams to deliver effective results.

As a facilitator, she is energetic, adaptable and pragmatic, with an open and flexible style. Her honesty means that she is able to both support and challenge individuals and teams, allowing them to realise their full potential. Lara’s commercial background also leads her to provide a learning experience which is practical and relevant.

She has gained her commercial experience within the automotive, retail, manufacturing and FMCG sectors. Most recently she was Head of Learning and Development for Volkswagen Group. Lara is also a Founding Member Director and Governor of a primary free school so has experience in the education sector also. In 2015 she made the decision to move into consultancy.
