Engage for Success Radio Show

VENUE Listen here
Engage for Success is a growing, dynamic, voluntary movement stemming from the Engagement Report commissioned by the Government back in 2008. It promotes employee engagement as a better way to work that benefits individual employees, teams, and whole organisations.
Every UK working Monday at 5.30pm ‘drive time’, for 30 minutes, the Engage for Success movement broadcasts a radio show exploring employee engagement. In the interview with Tim Pointer, he argues that an engagement strategy requires a multi-stakeholder perspective; encompassing employees, customers, partners, investors and the community. For enabling engagement to take root and flourish, it must be owned as a strategic priority by leaders organisation-wide. Tim illustrates where this imperative has been grasped and had a measurable impact on organisational performance.
