Michael Silverman

Michael is a psychologist and organisational research specialist. With a background in academic research, he has worked in commercial research (Institute for Employment Studies and Ipsos MORI) before moving to Unilever as Head of Employee Insight. Michael founded Silverman Research in 2010 and is passionate about applying the power of social media and data visualisation to opinion research. This approach to employee research allows participants to instantly see where they stand, to interact with each other and to harness the wisdom of crowds.
